What do I need to see US Directv in Venezuela?

Hello,

I´m located in Caracas, Venezuela. I have a US address (Miami, FL) where I can ask and pay for Directv service. I would like to do this and bring the equipment to Venezuela.

What specific equipment should I bring with me?.

Somebody told me I need the receiver, the US antenna LNB and the biggest antenna Directv has.

Please advice.

You can probably forget getting HD - but I think you MAY be able to hit the CONUS programming with a bigger dish and a circular LNB. Need to check though, but I'd guess at least a 1.5 meter dish that far south.
