I have no experience with this antenna, but I'm skeptical of anything that makes such grandiose claims and claims to defy logic.

I have yet to see one of these "new fangle" antennas live up to their press clippings, but I'm open to further data.

Make sure you buy it local or at least somewhere with good exchange / return policies; get it, try it, and decide.
