WFTV’s location is not moving. They are in the process of moving from channel 39 to channel 35. That change will be final on January 17th.

If you are northeast of Sanford you may be picking up WFTV on their translator. That is moving from channel 20 to channel 19 and at the same location.

WFTV does have an auxiliary transmitter on channel 39 which could be on the air while the transmitter is swapped at their main location.

Where did you see a location change?

WFTV may be operating temporarily from an alternate tower site while it finishes the repack work on the main site. When all is said and done, it'll be right back where it was.
