What happened to DISH Techportal?

I don't know what's going on with the DISH/Echostar Techportal, but since yesterday, every time I've tried to go on it, I get a message saying that the connection is untrusted and that the website is using an invalid security certificate. (I've tried it on Firefox and IE8 and they both give me the same kind of message) I'm not sure why it's not working but if anyone wants to try and go on it, could you please let me know if you have any luck. NOTE: This is only happening on this particular website. All other websites I log onto work absolutely fine so I know it has nothing to do with my browser's security settings.

If you google "echostar tech portal" (w/o quotes) and click on the first link, that's what I'm talking about.

Just change the URL to https://rweb.dishnetwork.com/departmental_content/techportal/Index.shtml. They changed their website name from echostar.com to dishnetwork.com and updated their certificate to match.

This is the bookmark I had for the Tech Portal that I had been using since they first put it up:

But has had a major face lift and the new link replaced it linking to the old Tech Area. Thanks for the new link. Obviously I haven't needed to go there in a long while.
