For the past week or so the GCN channel has had signal strength and quality readings, but no broadcast.

What happened?

I know there is a "Manmin TV" channel, but when I first watched it, it had different programming from GCN and was not dubbed in english.

CGN is in the process of changing to a new uplinker and transponder on Galaxy19. The new channel was mapped for Manmin TV and has been carrying the Manmin programming originating from Korea in English and Korean (if you press the audio button for 2nd audio service). This channel will be switched over to the Atlanta, Georgia, GCN programming by Monday.

Glorystar receivers will be updated on Monday evening with the new channel parameters.

CGN Channel New Parameters:

Satellite: Galaxy 19
Transponder Frequency: 11929
Polarity: Vertical
Symbol Rate: 22000
FEC: 3/4 (or Auto)
VPID: 2007
APID 1: 3007
APID 2: 4007
SID: 7
PCR: 2007
