what if direct doesn't like my credit? and other ?'s

I am wondering if I can still get directv if they don't like my credit. I pay my bills on time, in case there is comments about that. But if they balk at something is there still options?
I kinda don't want comcrap forever. I still am notsure which sat provider I want to go with.

Ok great, I am not sure whats considered decent. I think maybe I am about a 630 or slightly higher. It gets old with this credit score crap. Even though I have gotten credit before I have paid them off early.

You could always try starting an order online. They won't even let you get past filling out your address and phone number unless you pass the credit check or agree to a potential deposit. I have pretty much the same score as you and I passed the check.

i was charged a $50 deposit that came off my first bill. that was 6 years ago and i have heard (not confirmed) they have tightened their policy.
