WHAT IN THE WORLD DID U DO TO THE GUIDE!??!

I just got the new update on my hd box .. and i hate the way the new guide looks

And i REALLYYYYYYYYYYY hate the fact that now i cant automatically keep my aspect wide!

I need to click aspect EVERYTIME i change the channel if the shows not HD ..

What in the world is up with that ..

Please tell me theres a way to go back to the old guide or at least tell me how i can keep the channel wide ..

and no im not gunna use my tv remote cuz the zoom is garbage
