Since our plans to talk about IT were squashed we had to pinch hit this show and open up the lines to talk about anything.

We discussed the new Apple iPad, the Dish 922, DIRECTV 12 and more on this edition.

In addition we were joined by our DIRECTV moderator Jason Crandall who filled in this week in the co host seat.

And we also had issues with our VoIP lines which drove Scott nuts... but somehow he made it through the show.

Last nights show we were scheduled to talk about "It" but were asked not to so our plans for the show were scrapped and it became an anything goes show.

Someone needs some good QOS settings somewhere Or kill the app/device that is uploading and killing the bandwidth.

No it wasn't that it was an issue with Skype last night, others mentioned having the same issues.

I have 7MB up and was only sending about 128k up

Ahh...if you were watching a bandwidth meter on your router than that would tell you for sure it was Skype.

Didn't know if it was the Spideroak thing trying to upload stuff on you.
