Hi all..

Just got my dish 2 weeks ago and love breaking the chains from the cable company, but i have a question. Now and then I check the signal from the sat to my dish and everything looks fine...most of my signal is in the 90's but a 1 or 2 transponders are in the 70's, how can i find out what is on those and should I be worried about that dip in signal?

GK

If the TPs that have low signal are 4, 12, 18, 20, 26, and/or 28 then don't worry. These are spot beam TPs for local station delivery to different parts of the country. Some of those may be 0 depending on your location.

thanks!!! ill check them out tomorrow!! those numbers ring a bell, so Im prob good to go...you cant beat the dishes....I had RCN cable in from oct 2002 to oct 2004, they jacked up my cable bill 17 bucks....and i realy didnt get anything new for the money...oh well
