What kind Screws does tivo use?

I misplaced all of my (SD-DVR40 and DSR708) Screws (the ones holding down the HD and the ones holding the top to the boxs) what kind are they and were can I get replacements?

I will buy some and find out if they work but I want to be 100% before I go out and buy some.

They are Torx screws I believe.

isnt torx the head type and not the more important thread type?

PTVupgrade.com and weaknees.com sells the screw driver to remove those screws.

You should however be able to find the screwdriver at any hardware store. I know I bought one at Aco hardware
