hello id some one can tell me the minimun size dish to get satmex 5 @ 116 west

thank u for ur comments

This depends on where you are located.

Example: In the Sacramento, CA some use as small as a 1.2M dish, but less than 75 miles North (in Chico) viewers must use a 1.5M or larger.

minimum would be 6 foot. Thats what I use and get **most** of the channels on it but it has to also do with the footprint. In the far northern states (like Minnesota) the footprint isnt the best

To get Satmex5 KU the same 6 foot dish works the best....barely a sniff on the signal on a 30"

My 1.8m fortec c-band dish works great with both Satmex 6/5.
1.2m also works on most strong TP's
