I'll allow you to mention foreign accents or domestic accents. For me the most charming accent is the French accent. It's rather sexy. And the most annoying accent is a THICK Indian accent, but a very mild Indian accent I find rather charming as well.

In college, I found guys with ANY accent annoying. Because all the girls thought it was cute. :0

I've always been partial to Irish accents, particularly with women speakers. I find strong Indian accents both annoying and difficult to understand. I've changed doctors at times because of their strong accent.
