What type of cable?

I am going to be using my service at an alternate location for the weekend (lake house) and trying to figure out what type of cable I need to run from the dish to the receiver? The dish I have has the double head on it, do I need to run two cables to the box. I realize these are probably really dumb questions, but I am clueless on how this all works?

The rest of your question depends on several things, so its not a dumb question.
We need to know what receivers your hooking up?
And What dish is out there, and what the LNB says on it.

LNB is Where the wires plug into dish.
