What would be the charges for getting Local HD?

I had left Dish for Cable for year, I got a great deal then to switch to DVR package with cable.(when Dish was charging $699 for soon to be discontinued 922 recvr). So far so good with Cable (of course Motorola 6412 has it's issues), but my promotion may soon end. So, thinking of alternatives.

Anyway, now I am getting some mailers from Dish for "winback" promotion, which basically provides a 622 for no cost (200 upfront, $200 in rebates over next 10 months). However, I was not sure if I have to pay extra for gettign local HD programs (I am in SF bay area), or is it included in the 5.99 we pay for the local channels?

So, does the monthly bill for 622+bronze+local+local HD is:

49.99 + 5.99 (lease) + 5.99 (dvr) + 5.99 (local) + ???
(If I add one more HD recvr, is it just 5.99 more?)

My current deal with cable, I pay $60 for almost same deal + HBO. I am not keen on HBO. I guess Dish has more HD chanels, but I am more interested in sportsHD & local HD. Rest of the HD channels I rarely watch.

Also, does 622 record two HD programs at the same time? Or is it just one HD and one SD?

Thanks in advance.
