Center cut bacon (diced) homemade sausage, diced Ballpark beef frank, 2 baby gold potatoes diced, hatch green chile all cooked on disc and scrambled with eggs with sausage gravy... OJ (partly this weeks breakfast burritos)

Alyce, Bronson, Tyson and I just arrived at Egg’s n Thing’s for breakfast. I’m having the shrimp omelette, hash browns, bacon, ham, toast and Kona coffee.
