Main dish: Smoked ham steaks (from local Amish mkt) with pineapple rings and maraschino cherries.
Apple sauce topping.
Baked yams with cinnamon.

Dessert: Maddalena's strawberry cheesecake (this is a locally owned family company).

Drinks: Martinelli's sparkling apple cider.

Compared to everyone else we are boring!

I'm making slow-roasted ham (cooked overnight), mashed potatoes & gravy, filling, sweet potatoes, corn pudding, cranberry sauce and biscuits. Dessert will be pumpkin pie and fruit salad.
