What’s the deal with the UPN affiliates on AMC-6(C)

On xpdr 11 WRBJ-TV (UPN - Magee) and WZRB-TV (UPN - Columbia) I’ve notice over the past week that about half the time I scan past them their signal level is down around 60-65% and the picture is breaking up while other times their signal is at 98-99%. Other xpdrs (NASA) on that same satellite and polarity are at 99% when they’re at 65%. Are the UPN affiliates intentionally doing this? There doesn’t appear to be any schedule, sometimes during the morning/afternoon their sign will be 99% and during the evening/night it drops to 65% and vise-versa, Anyone else notice this?

It seems solid right now (4:08PM ET) I will check them out everytime I do scans and see if the power level changes at all.

As of 19:30 ET their signal level is down around 70%, the PA Network is at 98-99% as are the NASA channels... seems odd?

Interesting... this afternoon when I checked it (at the time I first posted) the signal was back at 98-99%, last night it was down around 60-65%, right now it's hovering around the 70% mark with occasional picture break up and audio drop outs... anything below 60% on the Coolsat and you'll lose the signal altogether.

Just to be sure it wasn't the switch attenuating that particular frequency... I took the A/B switch I've been using to switch between C & Ku band out of the loop and connected the C-band cable directly to the FTA receiver, unfortunately with no change... the signal remained around 70% (at least I know the switch isn't degrading the signal much!).

I'm using the settings from LyngSat - xpdr 3.934 GHz, and a SR of 8681... if I do a blind scan the SR comes up as 8680, but it doesn't seem to make much difference either way.

This has me stumped... I have no problems with any other conus feed and I'm in St. Louis Missouri so the hotspot of the footprint should be directed right at me!
