So I'm looking to buy an external hard drive this black Friday for my 622 and I have a question. On the Western Digital hard drives, some say Western Digital Elements and some don't use the word elements. Is there a difference in these units? I noticed Target will have a 1TB Western Digital Elements HD for $59.98 this friday. Is the Elements version a cheaper quality or something? Is anyone else using the WD Elements on their satellite receiver?

There are differences in almost all the WD external product line. The most significant difference is often the connections on each model. Go to the Western Digital website and you can easily read and see the differences.
