What's the incoming signal connection for the genie mini?

I'm trying to figure out how the genie mini is hooked up through the house to the genie. This would be a wired installation and not the wireless version.

It appears to be a coax which makes me think that its some form of Moca.

Yes. It is MoCA in the 450-650 MHz area.

If you have more than one receiver you likely have a splitter somewhere in the house, you would add it to that. If you only have the genie, you would need to add a splitter (search directv swim splitter, they have 2, 4 and 8 port options, and are inexpensive). Each receiver needs a coax line to the satellite dish.

Wire it like your installing a second receiver.

You can also run it off eithernet with a deca adaptor. Not recommended but it works
