What's with the thin little red and green lines across my tv?

I just bought an RCA Scenium DLP HD tv and hooked it up to my dvd recorder and 311 satellite receiver. When I turned the tv on, it's showing thin little red and green lines across portions of the picture. Does anyone know how to adjust to get rid of them?

Yeah, return it to the store and get another one. Also, make sure you get an extended warranty as RCA is known for dependability problems. Trust me I have experienced this first hand!
