When Is Comcast going to Take Over Adelphia?

I am hoping when they take over they will add more HD channels. Does any have any info about the take over and when it will happen?

FTC cleared it, however FCC is being an ass. FCC has let everything else go through without a hitch and for nearly a year now, the FCC just sits there.

They say here(Massanutten VA)that it supposed to be June-July.But TV was to digital in 2006,my hair wasn't supposed to be this gray now,and life was to get easier as time went on
