From this information can someone tell me what sat. I am pointed at?

I think you're picking up Echostar 10/11 at 110W.

Thanks! I'm trying to get to G18 so 13 degrees west and will I need to go up or down in elevation?

If you are in Ohio, that'll be DOWN in elevation, and just a little bit further to the west...
