I've been searching the site for answers and also the internet. I want to get rid of a discarded Direct TV dish. A neighbor in my building moved and left it laying on the roof.

I'm willing to drop it off, but I can't find a place to do that in SF,Ca. Is there one? It needs to be a green collection and I'm not willing to pay to have it picked up. ;)

The Best Buy in my area takes old electronics to be recycled for free.
2 items per day.
I haven't tried bringing an old satellite dish to Best Buy yet.
I'd probably take the LNB to Best Buy and put the rest of the dish in the trash.
