which LNB & which High Def pci card

Hi Guys,

I'm interested in FTA LNB's. What I am specifically looking for is a C-band/Ku-Band LNB that comes all together. Can any of you give me the name of one that I can purchase. I am also interested in knowing which High Def. PCI card to get as well. I would really like it to be USB if possible, so I can hook it up to my laptop.
