White noise on Monsters???

Is this the white noise I've been reading about? I first noticed it last night, then a couple of times today.

Audio turns into white noise (static) for about a second, then goes back to normal.

I think I've read about it in a couple of threads. Is this it?? Has anyone else noticed it lately?

I don't know. I think that's a different thing. Sometimes it sounds like you're underwater. I don't know if that's the same thing.

This sounds like the noise between FM stations. It only lasts for sometimes less than a second then goes away.

It's happened to me a few times when I first turned it on like in the first 20 minutes or so, but then never showed up after. This was last weekend when I was watching movie upon movie all weekend. It seemed somewhat random but the above statement I made was as close to some kind of pattern as I could figure out...

I've noticed it on all of the Cinema 10 channels, seems random to me.
