That's a pretty good guess, it all fits although the radio part is a bit sketchy. He did a little radio though.

I always confuse Boris Karloff, Lon Chaney and Bela Lugosi...and who played Frankenstein, Dracula and the Wolfman. I guess it's just a Monster Mash. :)

Oh, I never watched any of her '70s shows where she played teenager. But I did watch her for 6 or7 years during the '80s on Empty Nest...back when NBC was a primetime powerhouse. I didn't recognize the voice, but I did recall that she was one of the few stars during that time who wasn't keen on stardom.
