I'll say it's made by E*.

It looks EXACTLY lke the DPP44 switch shown at TS last year.

Search the archives here - Scott posted pics back then, and I just loked at a copy I downloaded from then.

Looks like it say's Dish on it, also say's DPP44. Can't quite make out the P/N from the picture. P/N 121252 has heat sinks down the front side of it!

I suppose the early ones might have had heatsinks and the current ones don't, or one has a power inserter sorta thing and the other doesn't, not sure really.

Wow, my DPP44 looks absolutely nothing like this and it came directly from dish... it must be an early model as it is basically one big heatsink on the front.

I have never seen the one in that link, all the rest on ebay are similar to mine. You can never be sure who is making knock-off's these days. Thanks for the info guys.

Yep. I guess when I saw that pic on ebay and have never seen a DPP44 look like that I was thinking someone did a photoshop job on a DP34 pic. Learn something everytime!
