Why does E* HD PPV suck compared to D*?

When I had D* they put some awesome movies on their HD Pay Per View channel. Why cant E* do the same? All I've been seeing on the guide is a Benji the dog movie in HD! WTF??

you should see what my local cable offers in HD PPV. seems like they are all imax movies. nothing i even heard of.

The only big studios that put out their movies for HD-PPV are New Line and Dreamworks, the other big studios do not because of their copy protection fears.

Sorry if I am the exception, but I would pay to see Imax movies on PPV. To see them now, I have to drive a couple of hours to the nearest museum.

none of the titles interested me. i think they were more of documentaries, which i could watch on discovery hd. i remember when the hd ppv first arrived, they did have some hollywood movies.
