why is TBS blacking me out?

Is this a TBS or E* fault. I am being blacked out on the Dodger-Braves game on TBS. My neighbor who has Time Warner cable is getting game fine. I live in zip 13669 northern NY state. I am not in Dodger territory (umh did they move back to Brooklyn) nor am I in Braves territory. i should get this game right? i am getting Mets on SNY and WhiteSox on WGN. Something seems wrong here.

Getting game here in oklahoma just fine on channel 139 TBS.

Check your local RSN or a Local Channel may be airing the game .. if its not you Should be getting the game fine on TBS, Unless some one bought out the rights for your area to be able to view that feed. It does sound weird. I'm thinking that its E*'s fault.

no my local RSN's are MSG and SNY and no locals carrying game. I have never been blacked out on TBS for anything before.

Could be a simple screw-up on Dish's part. It HAS been know to happen!
