Why no CSPAN3

Does anyone know why Dish does not have CSPAN3? I need to record/watch some of the hearings that they do and CSPAN is now putting more and more of them on CSPAN3.

Sent email to CEO, but never got a response as usual.

Probably little customer demand. In the meantime, you can watch or listen to C-SPAN3 (or any other C-SPAN channel, for that matter) for free online at www.c-span.org.
