Why no H3 for me?

That's exactly what was wrong with my situation. Even the first couple DIRT members weren't able to help me. After seeing one that got it fixed, I contacted him and he fixed my problem right away.

You might be referring to me. I posted that Randall was the DIRT who was the only person to help me among many CSRs, other DIRTs and a CSR supervisor.
