WiFi unable to log in

Can anyone help? I had a Wally and the Wifi adapter. We travel in our RV and using the Wizard to log on to a site, the campground has several sites to log on, but they all use the same name. I suppose this causes a conflict and it doesn't log on.
Any advice?

Multiple access points using the same name and password is common in campgrounds, hotels, convention centers, and other places where many people congregate. Your WiFi adapter will typically connect to the strongest signal. Some other issue is preventing your connection. Are you able to connect to the park WiFi with your phone?

Thanks for the help. Yes I can connect with my phone and iPad to the campground.
