Is this a total joke, or could a basket dish theoretically pick up *something*? I only have a tiny bit of doubt that it's a total joke because the building, wiring and cows roaming around in the background look pretty third world, and I've seen some pretty weird makeshift things in poor countries...

It will pick up the Rural Channel. SD only however.
