I have two dishes kinda far away from each other with dish 500 targeting 110 and 119 and another Voom dish aiming on 61.5. There is one SW21 for 110 and 119 attached to the dish 500 and then one coax cable runs from there to my 811 receiver. Can I just add another SW21 to that cable near receiver and then attach Voom's coax to second input so that I can get signal from all 3 satellite locations? That would save me a lot of time needed for moving one of the two dishes closer to another one.

You need a legacy twin on the Dish500. Then, you can connect it's outputs to sw21s and the VoOm dish to the second ports.

The outputs to the sw21s go to the receiver.

You will get two three satellite feeds, one on each sw21.

The distance between the two dishes, as long as they are not too far (less than 100 feet or so) will not matter.
