I just wonder if having Willow will mean Cricket matches will no longer need to be on ESPN+ for Business. And why do business customers need Willow on its own channel if we can get it on both channels (same concept as NFLN Red Zone)

Live coverage of the Cricket World Cup is exclusive to ESPN+, Willow will only have highlights. Some of the Warm-Up Matches like New Zealand vs Pakistan on 9/29 and India vs England on 9/30 are on both services, however they are not currently part of the ESPN+ for Business schedule.

Willow HD is now live, Willow Xtra is now in the guide with the first live event slated for 4am ET.

And for those new to the channel, yes that is ESPN's BottomLine, in addition to Willow, they also license it out to other 3rd party broadcasters like NESN and TSN's sister station CTV News Channel in Canada.

Are you certain? Willow's online site is indicating that the ODI World Cup fixtures will be available on at least Willow TV Everywhere (IE, can't just sub online). Additionally, Sling seems to have it in the schedule as well. I'm not talking about the warm ups.

The insider article only had this about availability to business customers. I'm assuming it's in all restaurant/bar packages:
DIRECTV for BUSINESS will offer the service to its vast network of more than 300,000 sports bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos, stadiums, and other commercial venues.

Just to follow up, I'm streaming New Zealand's spanking of England on Willow via Sling. Willow.tv is not streaming it unless you have a TV or Sling subscription. Willow TV Anywhere is only for Cable/Sat subs, not Sling.

ETA: fixing the Sling portion.

Willow is finally on the business website, $19.99/month for bars & restaurants (occupancy doesn't matter), $9.99 for retail and private offices.

I have the sports pack on DirecTV satellite and I'm not authorized for Willow. Don't follow cricket, but I am curious if it's the same for others.

Try a receiver refresh. That usually helps with many issues, including missing channels.
I gave that a go and no luck. It doesn't show up in the DirecTV streaming apps either so something seems off. Someday I'll give them a call. I do get Red Zone, all the RSNs etc so the Sports Pack is definitely there.
