Wilt - Program Guide for OTA channels

Wilt:
I still do not get program guide information for any of my OTA channels that come from Philadelphia - I do get the program guide information for the NY OTA channels. Customer service has been absolutely no help with this.

If I use a stand-alone OTA HD set top box I get the program guide information for all channels so the info is definitely included in the broadcasts.
