Mezzmo works for windows works great. It has a setting profile for a hopper/joey and will transcode any media that the H/J does not support. It's not free but they do have a free trial. I have lots of stuff in itunes; music, video and audio stores, and all show up and play on the hopper and joeys with no problem. These show up on the H/J as well under Windows Media for my pc but they will not play as the format is not compatible. Same song under my machine name (windows Media) does not play but uner Mezzmo is plays.

worked just fine for me sing only windows media center. took some trying though, about 1/2 hour of messing around.
