Wing dish question

STL locals were recently turned on 129. I had 1000+ setup in the past and had many problems with the DPP44/power inserter setup. They finally switched me to EA. All has been pretty good except I do get alot of rain fade on 61.5.
Now that I don't need 118 could I just repoint my EA dish to get 129 or will I need to install a wing dish for 129 and block off 61.5 LNB?
Or, could I install a wing dish for 129 and leave 61.5? Would it switch to 129 if rain fade blocked 61.5?

If you are having problems with 61.5, set up 129 as wing and disconnect 61.5 as 61.5 might be the first sat your system looks for and you may still get the rain fade from it.

The EA 1000.4 and WA 1000.2 dishes are not interchangable (can't point one at the other's satellites) because the LNB spacing is different.
