We have a wireless Joey that is brutally slow and locks up quite often! Would a wired Joey help remedy this problem? Rebooting it helps for a short time but then it eventually reverts back to this behavior. Thanks

This could be a few different things, and it's possible a wired Joey could resolve it. If you've already tried resetting it, your best bet would be to contact our support team who can look into this further with you, as well as change out that Joey if you'd like! Changing out the receivers even Joey to Joey does start a new 24 month commitment.
