Wireless Joey versions

I see that there is a version 2 of the Access Point.
But is there a version 2 of the Wireless Joey as well?

Will a v1 wireless Joey work with a v2 Access Point?

There is currently only the one version of wireless joey and it is compatible with the wifi joey access point 2. The access point 2 has better wireless broadcast and also a slimmer sleeker look
