Why are icons on recorded shows showing the wrong icon or the icon for the channel?

Wrong Icons on DVR recordings

Same issue on Tivo's, since Rovi bought the company. They are slowly (and I stress SLOWLY) fixing them. Mine on my Tivo being used for OTA are finally all fixed, as of about a week ago. ALL my local channels, including sub-channels finally have the correct icons.
It appears Dish must have switched to Rovi guide data.
