wth problem signing up

Need help asap

Well i called my Local Retailer to order Dish Network. We got everything done but when she got my CC # and my SS# she said she can't verify my stuff for some reason like something doesn't match weird.
They are telling me i need to buy their equipment to do this now.
 
Dish Network is telling me my Social Security number can't validate ..means they can't verify it with my Debit Card wth?
I am here looking at my SS# infront of me and all the info i gave them was right.
Please let me know what i can do.
 
Give me a call on Monday, I can usually get these to go through.

Its a simple fix and usually requires a service request from the retailer setting up the account.

was the credit card under the same name as the SSN, and did the address match the service address ? if it didnt match one or both, E* may not create the account.
