Tonight appears to be the first night that Monday Night RAW on Netflix will have commercial distribution via DirecTV channel 9539, there's a couple pages on Joe Hand Promotions website that mention it including the channel testing page... however there's no indication whether it is free for all commercial venues or the existing WWE monthly PPV subscription package is required to show RAW
