nah. The issue was some houses have only a single garage and folks tried to squeeze 2 cars in front of it because their garage was full of crap. So that has been a rule for a while and it helps so the driveway doesnt look like a gypsy lot. You come up the driveway and then there are 8 townhouses right there. So if we didnt have that rule some people would park all hap hazardly.
