Yellow Screen on locals

I know this has been discussed before, but it is still happening.
Late at night, yellow screen on HD locals (I am in NYC area). The guide description for the locals reads off the air.

Annoying as it happens right in the middle of a show (like last night Jay leno).

Anyone know if this is being addressed by Dish?

I actually had the same issue on 3 out 4 of my OTA channels last night around the same time.
