I'm planning on moving out of the house into either a multifamily house owned by a landlord or a multifamily owned by my fiancee's university. I don't anticipate either one giving me problems in terms of putting the dish up (each already have at least one but it's not the Slimline that I need), but I'm wondering if I need to provide D* with any sort of authorization from the respective owning parties beforehand, or if I need or should make sure that someone is there to oversee the installation on behalf of the owners. Also, when is the latest I should be calling D* to arrange this installation, which should be happening on or around November 15th? We probably won't know that either place will be available until the end of next week. I just want to make sure that I have as few speed bumps as possible and hopefully no interruption in my service.
