What happened to the ability to watch youtube videos on the genie ? I can't find it in the menu ?

Occasionally the apps get messed up. Have you tried rebooting?

YouTube & Pandora should be in Menu/Extra. If both icons are missing, see if Settings & Help/Parental Controls/Web Videos is also missing.

If yes to all, do a quick double Menu/Reset. This usually brings back the missing in 24 hours or less.

You don't lose recordings unless you Reset Everything.

Personally, I reset mine with the top option, Reset Recvr.

I read that Keywording CLEARMYBOX does bring the missing icons back -- again it could take up to a day for the icons to reappear.
