Zenith HD-SAT520 front panel hard reset, how to?

Does anyone know how to Hard-Reset the Zenith HD-SAT520 with the front panel controls?

Some of My OTA HD channels have plenty of signal strenght but shows "Nop Signal" when tuned to that particular channel.

So maybe a hard reset will help. I know that un-plugging it might do the trick, but maybe there's a way to do it with the front panel buttons.
