Got a customer having screen size\formatting issues, but only with VOD\PPV. The screen goes to about 80% and is offset over and down. Never seen anything like it. CSR has told her it must be a problem with her TV. They have told her to try renting another movie. She has tried several now, and it's the same each time. Anybody? Thanks

I am going to assume she has a normal screen when watching live tv?
Also has she tried a blu-ray or dvd or vhs if she has any of those capabilities?
If she has a normal screen when using/watching any of those other sources then I highly doubt its her tv

Only time I saw something like this was when using RCA cables instead of an hdmi. I doubt that is the case, but always worth throwing ideas out.

Just a stab in the dark. Are the PPV in 1080p? If so, what his her receiver set to for display? Could there be a mismatch.

I think it is menu then press 6 then go into the HD settings and select 1080 should fix the problem
