Maybe there waiting till March Madness comes around, or maybe there not doing much talking but exchange of emails when they get around to it

I'd say there's a 99% chance they won't.Dish sure doesn't appear to be in any hurry to get a deal done but,they have no problem raising our rates.
then again, they aren't in a rush to kept everyone happy, with staling on getting a deal done and getting the Disney dispute settle to declaring war with the WWE by not carrying any more of their PPV. Dish Network, ticking off our customers since 1996.
I'm not ticked off! I am very happy with my service. In fact those channels that are in dispute I would not watch much of if at all, so there you go...
If the squabbles got us a significantly lower bill than the competition, it might be worth it. Yet their pricing seems pretty much on par with Direct (maybe slightly lower). So, we have essentially the same bill with quite a few more disputes, less HD, and some cooler gizmos.
All I know is I'm hanging on for the PAC12.
